Everyone poops. I know kinda of brash huh? But being responsibile pet owners, its important to scoop and bag that crap up (pun intended). I always knew it would only be a matter of time before someone created a biodegradable plastic bag. Many companies now tout that they are biodegradable - but they can be misleading. A product may say its green but unless it says it meets ASTM D6400 specifications for biodegradable product claims, be cautious. Being a huge cyclist, my husband was beyond excited when he saw these awesome collars made by Cycle Dog. Once deflated, bike tires are hard to recycle - so Cycle Dog made them into stylish, comfortable and eco friendly collars for humans best friend. There are lots of toys made from recycled materials that we love. One of our favorites? Fat Cats Water Bottle Cruncher toys. What is it about the crunch of a water bottle that makes dogs go crazy? No clue... but at least now you can let them play all they want without having to worry about the bottles cracking and unwanted accidents. Cool factor? When the crunch runs out, refill with another bottle!
