The quarantine period is difficult for humans as well as their pet animals, as it is not possible to venture outside of your homes often to get things that are beyond the absolute essentials. Many ingredients that we use for cooking human food are usable for your dogs also. It is vital to understand how much food your dog needs and the right quantity of nutrients as every breed has different requirements.

Keep a note of the fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and essential oils that your pet requires in their daily diet to ensure you are meeting the nutritional requirements. You also need to take into account the weight of your dog and the food allergies that some breeds are prone to. With the right nutrients, your pet can overcome dietary deficiencies and any behavioral problems that arise from a nutritionally deficient diet. It is also a good idea to make the transition to a new diet slowly to avoid making their stomach upset.
