P.L.A.Y. Official Contest Rules

The sweepstakes: Beginning 08/10/2011, P.L.A.Y. will promote, by means of internet, the opportunity to submit entries to win a grand prize as detailed below.

Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents, age 18 or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary.

How to enter: Complete and submit online entry form.

How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries.

Grand Prize: (One) Grand Prize winner will receive one P.L.A.Y. Tunnel (MSRP up to $109.00) . There are no other prizes.  Drawing will be held once P.L.A.Y. receives 3000 fans.  The odds of winning are 1 in 3000. All prizes will be awarded.

Privacy Policy: By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the mailing list for free P.L.A.Y. updates and announcements. [Entrants will also receive information from participating contributors and other selected companies via e-mail unless they "opt-out" on the registration page.] We value your business and respect your privacy. All of your information is kept confidential. We do not sell or in any other way distribute the personal information that you provide to us on our website or through our sweepstakes."

Winner needs to respond within 2 weeks of first contact, or another winner will be chosen.

Contest subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release P.L.A.Y. from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in San Francisco County in the State of California.

You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

P.L.A.Y. reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. P.L.A.Y. also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the sweepstakes or the web site.
