Account Support Specialist
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team in following up with closed accounts
- Make warm calls to existing customers to assist with post-sales inquiries
- Act proactively to create opportunities for repeat business with existing customers
- Emphasize product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales invoices
- Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a small and open office environment
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Aggressive, competitive and committed
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful and high standard of accountability
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Effective time management skills and a team player with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office and Outlook
