Account Support Specialist 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Team in following up with closed accounts
  • Make warm calls to existing customers to assist with post-sales inquiries
  • Act proactively to create opportunities for repeat business with existing customers
  • Emphasize product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales invoices
  • Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a small and open office environment
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Aggressive, competitive and committed
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful and high standard of accountability
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Effective time management skills and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office and Outlook
